Excellent location with stunning views of the coastline. Conveniently situated between two popular areas. Enjoyed the tasty dinners served at the hotel.
Staff had a poor attitude and were unhelpful. The units were in disrepair with leaking toilets, faulty air conditioning, and falling fittings.

The Continental Breakfast was great as well as the panoramic views of the ocean from the bedroom window. The sounds of the ocean to close was very comforting over night.
The bathroom basin was a little too small and the shower / bath concept didn't work to well as the bathroom floor was soaked after each shower. Overall though not too bad.

The food was tasty and well served. An ideal venue for VIP events with top-notch cocktails.
My experience during the New Year was pretty disappointing. the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.

The general Hotel staff is extremely kind and make you feel at home, the service received from them is excellent. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
The waiter (zimbawean i think) in the dining room is short tempered and ill manared to say the least. We only went back to the dining room the next morning because we were to early for our schedule. Will not make use of the dining room facilities again.

The unbelievable view and the excellent breakfast!
The kettle is very difficult to fill. I woul rather take out the bath in such a small bathroom and put in a proper shower. no price list was provided for the minibar.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with easy access to both downtown and the beach. It is literally right on the sea, providing stunning views of the southern African coastline. the rooms are well maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly and provides excellent service. the breakfast served is delicious and there are plenty of facilities available to enjoy.
One negative aspect is that the hotel is currently undergoing some changes due to being sold to developers, which may affect the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Meals in the dining room were always spot on in taste and presentation.Access to the waterfront in the shuttle was a pleasure. All the staff were most helpful and friendly. The staff out front were great ambassadors for the first impression as we arrived. We would certainly be happy to return on another visit.
The bathroom layout and fittings left something to be desired. The sink was small and I was unable to use it without water getting on the floor. The floor also got wet when water from the shower escaped between the wall and shower screen.

The Location and the Service
Key card stopped working twice. My TV made a high pitched whistle every time it was turned on. I had empty shower gel bottles in my bathroom (I had not used the shower gel) My dustbin was not emptied

Attitude of front office manager (George) after mutual agreement that the facilities were not appropriate for a mildly disabled guest. View from the dining room spectacular.
We paid extra for a one bed suite due to requiring a walk in shower. The shower has a deep step and is not suitable for guests with hip / leg issues. The suite fittings are old (guess about 20 years) and the entire block well past renovation date. Dining room staff require training. All in all, very disappointing knowing what else is available for less in the area. We booked for 5 nights and checked out after one night.

Must be one of ther best hotels..always good to mix a little business and pleasure.
For a luxury hotel the table and chairs on the balcony should have been thrown out. All broken and dirty!! Not a lot of money to fix it!

The location is great it is close to beaches, restaurants and shops. The view of the sea is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The bathrooms are very small (the basin is too small for shaving). The service in the restaurant for breakfast needs to be improved it is very slow.

The view and breakfast is 15/10... enjoyed the free unlimited wifi (no password needed). I found the rooms slightly small and especially the washbasin. Another recommendation would be for the bedside lights to be above the bed. I couldnt read anything at night.

The view from the bedroom window is some of the best we have experienced. The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff from the moment we arrived was special.
